Meetings on Saturday at
Warwick Road United Reformed Church,
10 Warwick Row, Coventry CV1 1EX.
Time 2:00 - 4:00 pm
At the meeting we exercise and develop the movement that we have under the watchful guidance of a very experienced person.
Then we finish with a drink and a chat swapping experiences and information which will hopefully help each of us deal with different situtations.
Occasionally we arrange for guest speakers to come and talk about items relating to coping with the effects of a stroke.
